Summary

A practitioner with over fifteen years of experience in digital innovation, spanning digital transformation, data privacy, public good, and emerging technology. Co-author of Plurality, a leading work on digital democracy by open-source community leader Audrey Tang and economist E. Glen Weyl. Has been in dialogue with global thought leaders — including His Holiness the Dalai Lama and the Japanese philosopher Kōjin Karatani — on how to co-create a more inclusive and empathetic future in this rapidly changing era.

Her entrepreneurial journey spans Taiwan and Southeast Asia, including an early contribution to building Wretch, once Taiwan's largest social platform. With a focus on digital rights and public innovation, Gisele cultivates broader community engagement and lasting social impact.
